A modern renovated apartment in the heart of the city. The apartment offers all the necessary amenities for both short and long stays, such as a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and a comfortable living room. It is located next to the city’s main hospital and just a stone’s throw away from all the conveniences of Ierapetra. A beautiful beach is only an 8-minute walk away, and the central bus station, from where you can explore all of Crete, is just 5 minutes away.

The space

Our apartment is the only one in the building, offering you complete privacy. Upon entering, you first encounter the bedroom with a king size double bed and a workspace. Next, there is a spacious open-plan area with the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The sofa can comfortably accommodate two more people for sleeping. From the kitchen, you step out onto our large terrace, where you can enjoy the fresh air in a quiet street of our city.
